The hotel is located about 25 minutes drive from the airport, and next to the hotel, about 3 minutes drive there is a big shopping center with a huge food area and big supermarket. The hotel itself is what we expected from a one night stay that will bring us closer to the airport.

we asked for 2 rooms and we got 2 connected room, our kids was very happy with it. rooms was clean and beds were comfort. parking also available in the hotel, its 5 minute drive from the central surathani mall, 1 minute from seven-eleven

The room did not meet the selected type. without notice The hotel reasoned that they notified on BOOKING.COM a few days ago, that this type of room is no longer available. The said, BOOKING.COM didn't do it. That's why there are redundant reservations for this room. When the room type is not as reserved, how do I handle it? And how can my children sleep separately from me?
